Discussion about 17 East 70 Th Street House at 17 East 70th Street in Lenox Hill
Be aware that homeless men are camping in the vestibule of this building and also in frontof the neighboring two adjacent buildings. Neither the owners of any of these three buildings nor the city are doing anything about it

new lock has been installed at 17 east 70th so homeless can't in bldg
