He made the appointment, he picked the time, and then he was a no show. I rang and he did answer. Waited 30 minutes. No callback. Great agent.... finally emailed me back hours later.
that reminds me of the dozens of times i set appointments with clients who then didn't show up. for the last three years (if i am the one who is actually going to take a client to view) make clients meet me for the first time in my office. or at an oh.
They rented that shit on 9/22. Probably right before you were supposed to see it. Why waste time and effort on informing you?

Exactly. Why not waste 2 hours of my Sunday, with me traveling to see the place, waiting on him, and then traveling home? Really, all it would take is him dropping an email in advance. Aside from common courtesy, how about lost business? I may not rent that place, but I will rent somewhere, and soon.
Broker was a no show to a scheduled appointment. Didn't even answer his phone. Don't wsste your time.

Because renters are a dime a dozen. Quit bitching and move on.
If that's how you run your business, I'm sure you are a great success.
it isn't. i would have had an assistant say it was rented. but i wouldn't be belaboring the point if i was in your shoes for over two weeks either.
