I've pasted one of several massive price increases at The Citizen, a new condo at 124 West 23rd (6th/7th), not the nicest block. So they took an already overpriced 2BR from $1,995,000 to $2,850,000 (and there's minimal tax abatement) - an increase of $855,000. What is going on?
columbiacounty, I've googled your reference (and happy birthday Google!), and am still unclear on this communication protocol you reference so derisively.
That's a confirmation? Is that how you cheated your clients for years, with false confirmations, false promises, convenient stories, hoping they look the other way?
Now that Huntersburg and Columbiacounty have apparently concluded their moronic (and I'm being kind) conversation, does anyone care to provide any intelligent observations?

there are 29 units, with 14 in contract they have achieved 50% mark where a buyer can get financing. now they want all those poor folks to buy with a mortgage who couldn't afford cash.

What's going on? Owners are making bank. Renters aren't. Business as usual.
