I've pasted one of several massive price increases at The Citizen, a new condo at 124 West 23rd (6th/7th), not the nicest block. So they took an already overpriced 2BR from $1,995,000 to $2,850,000 (and there's minimal tax abatement) - an increase of $855,000. What is going on?
FormerRenter - are you a former renter because you are now an owner, or because you are homeless?
but you're formerly hfscomm1.
columbiacounty, I've googled your reference (and happy birthday Google!), and am still unclear on this communication protocol you reference so derisively.
That's a confirmation? Is that how you cheated your clients for years, with false confirmations, false promises, convenient stories, hoping they look the other way?
you're confirming it.
What set you off? Was it a child who smiled? A flower garden at full bloom? What turned you into who you are?
proof? as in alcohol?
you are a true idiot.
Besides your own, how many lives have you ruined?
you're the expert.
a few dozen?
you're making quite an impression.
Let me guess ... another complete meltdown is coming within 15 minutes.
what would that look like?
you are saying that I'm an expert in what?
So, meltown in 13 minutes?
what does that look like, troll.
It seems to be in progress, a bit sooner than I thought.
you're melting down.
what a shame.
get your meds.
its not too late.
get some water.
What am I witnessing right now?
Now that Huntersburg and Columbiacounty have apparently concluded their moronic (and I'm being kind) conversation, does anyone care to provide any intelligent observations?
there are 29 units, with 14 in contract they have achieved 50% mark where a buyer can get financing. now they want all those poor folks to buy with a mortgage who couldn't afford cash.
What's going on? Owners are making bank. Renters aren't. Business as usual.
Formerrenter / CurrentlyHomelessOrOwner - what's your point of view on this?
