Personally, I think the prices are in line with the market. Though the range is extremely large (850k-8M). If the places are as nice as the pictures, I think it's a good deal. Especially the 2br at 1.345M

I saw this and I thought the building looked nice. There is definitely a wide range of prices (850k-8.1M), and I think that the prices on the higher end seem excessive. However, the 2br priced at 1.345M seems relatively cheap to me.
