We visited an apt at 400 E 52nd and would love to make an offer. But i'd like to know if somebody know how is the board there ? I heard the board is the same for all the Southgate bld in that street (400, 404, 414, etc..) is that true?

The one co-op owns all five buildings: 400-434 E 52 and 433 E 51.

The board isn't supposed to be too tough. Southgate is a very middle class coop; nothing fancy. Quite nice for the price.
