Looking to join REBNY and puzzled by the broad range of options as to exclusive listing services (and lack of guidance as to costs and quality). I realize REBNY needs to remain independent but also would prefer to avoid having to call up and listen to sales pitches from all these services. I would appreciate ANY opinions, insights, data, etc. on relative quality and costs of the following:
