this building's super is the absolute worst. hallways and lobby are always disgusting, mailboxes are broken, front doors were broken for 6 months and the buzz entry still does not work. Keys are not given in a timely fashion and when they are, they do not work correctly. Also, the renovations, at least in my unit were done very sloppily.
