Quick question for you guys -- I have a lease that's expiring in the next few months. The lease document doesn't have an auto-renew clause nor does it say anything about becoming a month-to-month lease at the end of the agreement.
So... what gives: does my lease automatically become month-to-month after the end of the lease agreement? We haven't hit the 60-day mark yet, so I assume I'll hear from the landlord by then, but if not, who is the onus on to renew the lease?
Thanks for any advice on this!

Just a regular market lease for one year with a termination date? No it doesn't automatically renew.
Call your landlord, let them know you want to stay but don't seem so desperate.
