Discussion about 863 Park Avenue #9W
In what world is this a Classic Six as Edward Seisdedos, the realtor claims? There are only five rooms. (It's one floor of the original, much larger duplex 10-room apartment.) Maybe he thinks that if he obscures half the floorplan, he can fool people? The reason that this has languished on the market is likely because people who are fortunate enough to buy on Park are also astute enough to see through this "broker-speak".

Maybe he's figuring it could be done as a six the way #8W was. But then that hasn't sold either, what with its tiny kitchen.

The #9W pictures are a hoot, and they're from *after* it was cleaned up for photos. We may still see it on "Hoarders: Buried Alive."
