Discussion about
What does the seller typically have to disclose to the buyer? Are past occurences that have been fixed disclosed as well? Ie leaks, bedbugs etc.

it is usually part of a rider to the contract of sell. The seller warrent that in the last year/5 years (whatever is appropriate) there were no leaks, bed bugs, no planned increase in maintanace, no work which required permits was done etc. etc....
