Terrible, lazy broker.

The picture are fake. Totally not this apartment. This unit hasn't been touched In st least 30 years.

Also, this building requires appointments for an open house, which is fine, but isn't mentioned anywhere in the listing (or in any of her other listings in the bldg.

Broker was taking around groups of 10 people, some of whom were interested in 1 BRs at same time with others looking at 3 BRs.

She was also tring to convince potential buyers that window AC units were preferable to any/all other options.

Feel sorry for the people she is listing these apts because she is not representing them well.

Anyone knows anything about this building and/or this broker?

She hasn't replied to my emails trying to schedule an appointment for tomorrow's open house and I'm curious as to why there are so many apartments for sale in that building (some of which had been bought recently).
