The landlords of this building are greedy and dishonest. They recently bought 719 8th (and the building next door) and immediately started turfing people out. There are a lot of empty apartments here, and the tenants who remain are worried and upset. The units being put on the market now aren't worth anywhere near the asking price. Stay away.
