In the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, it is evidently clear that Pan Am Equities has displayed nothing but a lack of leadership and concern for informing tenants of the habitability of the building. I am aware of the notion that our building just took in a million gallons of sea-water from the storm surge, but it is not okay for management to withhold information concerning the repair of the building.
Issues at hand include:
1. lack of elevator power
2. quality of air (fumes, mold, etc.)
3. quality of water supply
4. quality of electric sustainability (lights flicker)
5. lack of fire alarms on residence hallways
There has been a lack of communication and leadership from Pan Am equities regarding the warranty of habitability.
There is an uprising that Pan Am equities can easily avoid, but they seem to desire acrimonious affairs with their tenants.
This could get ugly in the end.

Why don't you just say here that you want to leave because you can't live there, instead of hiding behind flickering lights and "leadership" and communication. It's not like they can press a couple buttons and it's all fixed, but yet they don't want to press the buttons because they are tired.
