This building does NOT have a live-in super and does NOT have a virtual doorman, as some ads claim. I've not seen the super in over a year--only an occasional helper who comes somewhat irregularly to empty the trash. Right now, in fact, the trash area is overflowing with recycling and the hall by the trash chute stinks because the trash hasn't been emptied.
