67 has been serially wrong on every thing it has ever opined on . Amazing . Remember it's argument that interest rates would skyrocket (years ago). 500psf condos ? Williamsburg price collapse ? seriously, is. 67 the most consistently wrong poster (others?)?

He got it right on Sprint and enticed others to follow. I Include myself among them and made some nice money. I do disagree with his 500psf condo forecast but I don't think he is the most incorrect poster.
