Do you folks think this will be over $1500 per square feet? More/less?

From what i heard, it will start at $2,000 per sq ft. I am confident that high floors with park views will fetch $3,000.

Word is that sales started yesterday. Does anybody know or can anymore in the konw report on what the prices are per square foot for 2 and 3 BDR apts? SE does not show anything.
