Discussion about The Sheffield at 322 West 57th Street in Hell's Kitchen
fannie mae only approved the building for owner occupancy. banks will not approved loans on apts that are meant as investments in this building. Does anyone know anything about this?

It's also approved by Bank of America for 2nd homes.
