Congratulations to all owners who have successfully closed! I have a number of clients in the building and would love any other purchasers' impressions of the lobby, staff, and ammenities areas. I personally think that all things considered, the building is really on its way to being spectacular in every sense.

Yes, congratulations to Lloyd Blankfein and Sting! I wish I was rich. Be sure to contact your recent 15 CPW buyers to see if they want to flip for a 300% profit.

Let me see. Spunky's Citigroup shares are about to not declare a dividend. Maybe you'd accept an exchange?

Congratulations to the flippers in the building. Excellent profit margin, and cashing out at the top, a la Mark Cuban. Time to go and buy a sports team now.

I think I'll buy shares of AOL just before they merge with Time Warner.
Or - maybe - MCI before they merge with Bernie Ebbers.
Sounds like a deal.
On second thought, maybe I'll just buy an Esteban guitar, hope that I can play like he can in a month.

JM- Funny you would mention AOL and CMGI. I actually owned a little of each ( just a few hundred shares ). Lost on AOL and was very lucky getting out of CMGI in the $200+ range. It was actually funny seeing the reference of those two stocks, it gave me a good laugh this morning. WOW, it seem like ages ago.

dco, I remember when CMGI was the name of the Patriots new field. Can you imagine? I heard a rule at one point that you should short any company that brands a sports stadium. Probably sound advice.

JM- That's probably better advice, then I had when I bought CMGI, during the tech-days. I had no idea what they actually did. WOW, sky was the limit. This does bring back funny memories. The funny thing is that I made decent money on CMGI and lost on AOL. Can't make this stuff up.
