Discussion about 5th Street Lofts (5SL) at 5-09 48th Avenue in Hunters Point
Anyone interested buying a studio? I know someone who wants to sell. It is a studio, 554 sq. ft. in building A. They paid around $398,00.

$720 a square foot in LIC. What an investment!

We've lowered the price of #3R by $50k to $799k. It's a nice winged 2 bedroom, 2 bath resale (save on transfer taxes, etc..). I have made a full video tour available here: http://www.vimeo.com/1312685
