A good friend of mine was going to buy a place there but backed out in the last minute after the Bear collapse (a very smart move on the hindsight).

What is going on with this building? Heard rumours about the builder having financial problem..etc. Any color on what is going on?

I was talking to my attorney last week and the sponsor still sounds confident. I'll update the board when I find out more.

how much would a nice two bedroom cost there at this point?

no offense but sponsor will never say how good or bad. always think like trump he always says everything is doing phenomenal, super great etc...
nyc and real estate is the way they speak they hide the pb by trying to give confidence to people to invest in or with them. they just full of it. trump been bankrupted few times and he is confident right? lol

i am sure they told you confident but look now (few months later) they selling little cause the price is not right and 40 units are rental so confident dont think so but confident that you should sign yes they are.
