Did they do a building-wide renovation of the units? All 5 units for sale/in contract have the same exact kitchen, and those with pics of the bathroom look the same as well...which is to say cheap and terrible. Seems like there are always several units for sale in this building, reasonable common charges, but must be small bedrooms if 2-br clock in under 700sq ft.
FYI - this particular unit is under contract, and has been already for 3 weeks. (as of Dec. 7th, 2008)
