SAYA, YOU'RE TALL The development continues around Madison Square Park, with construction of The Saya, a 600-foot glass condominium that'll be one of the tallest new buildings south of Midtown. Designed by architecture firm Cetra/Ruddy, the slender building at 23 E. 22nd St. will offer 91 units, all of which have floor-to-ceiling glass windows and views of the park. Prices range from $1.1 million for a 750-square-foot one-bedroom to $30 million for a 7,500-square-foot triplex penthouse with its own private elevator. Building amenities will include a two-story spa with swimming pool and workout area. There will also be a private dining room, storage units, wine cellar and concierge service.
