Wow, bought it for $1.98 million in March, and trying for $2.45 million less than a year later. Even with $18,000 for one year maintanance and the $56,000 in transfer tax ($28,000 on each transaction), that's a proift of nearly $400K or 20% in less than a year. Is the market up 20% this year folks?
