i would think you would email the address in the last sentence of the very first post.

you would ask people to state that they are not developers but buyers... this ha s some legal bounding value.. so maybe moles would not creep in

All buyers should threaten to forfeit deposits and walk away. At that point, the developer may wish to renegotiate price rather than sit on a empty building for which new buyers will have a very hard time finding financing.
