Discussion about Ludlow Lofts at 75 Ludlow Street in Lower East Side
Just wanted to say... this building is soooo screwed. Those common charges and taxes are a waste, even if the sponsor is paying for $1000 a month for three years.

The taxes and common charges are like paying a 500k mortgage on it's own.

And that street is so loud at night....I guess it's ok though because if you're on the hook for that much in just tax and maintenance you're not sleeping much anyway.
