Discussion about Wellington Tower at 350 East 82nd Street in Yorkville
What's the story with the sales in this building? Every week they are advertised in the Sunday NYT Real Estate section offering huge discounts and breaks on closing costs. It is somehow related to the Century and 300 east 64th?

Does anyone have any info on this building anyone that lives there? I was looking at it sometime ago each time the sales center said they are almost sold out but dosnt seem that way

The sponsor has sold about 130 of the 147 units. The leftovers are now competing with resales. E.g, #7V:

10/06/2006 Previous Sale recorded for $1,085,000.
01/16/2009 Later Listed in StreetEasy by Classic Marketing at $1,119,000.
06/24/2009 Listed in StreetEasy by Prudential Elliman at $935,000.
07/13/2009 Listing entered contract.
09/10/2009 Sale recorded for $900,000.

Most of them were sold at peak pricing from what I can tell and the resales are much lower
