Hey guys, it's a different Rachel! She was covered in a discussion about the Belltel lofts - here's what the board had to say:
nyc212:" I think the agent I dealt with (Rachel) is an ABSOLUTE PEACH. She was friendly yet courteous, and very convincing. I almost purchased a unit (despite all these faults) because Rachel was so good."
Junkman: "I enjoyed Rachel also when I took my initial tour. I especially appreciated her honesty with respect to highlighting the fact that almost all views will be blocked by new construction of City Point, Lawrence Street, and Bridge Street."
I'm sure she didn't know that her first name would evoke such venom here.
no upside on defending rachel. would strongly advise against it.

That doesn't sound like the review of a real state agent...

Have people no pride, and if not, how about some common sense (if you're going to put up a personal ad, include some info about credentials, who you are, etc.) It wouldn't be hard to simply make this up, so I wonder if this is even genuine.

she was responsible for 200 sailors, so maybe this poster did enjoy Rachel.

"Hailing from Pound Ridge, NY and having attended top private schools in Manhattan, she has a personal knowledge of the areas best suited for every personality."
I won't even bother to deconstruct this. I just present it for your consideration.
