&lt;br /&gt;But yeah, this building is a perfect example of what will happen to the higher floor(s) prices when the abatement runs out.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I live in the building and had a contract to buy unit 1A at $1,000,000. even then, given the high taxes for the first two floors, no light in the unit and no real second bedroom it made no sense. The unit is right above the garage as well which is A NEGATIVE. The higher floors are beautiful, but sell for a premium, and rightfully so. Stay away from the units on the first 2 floors! &lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I saw this building from the outside, first time without scaffolding because I hadn't been in the area.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Wow, I'd rather live in the drawings!  The windows looked ugly too.  How come they don't use the old fashioned type of windows these days instead of those poor swivel windows with matte stainless steel frames?&lt;/p&gt;</description>
