Bed Stuy - Brainbridge/Malcom X?

i did - but you really can't get all the info circling a block. I need to know how people feel about that block on the ground.

I've been there - but feel you can only get so much information by circling the block...

The block didn't seem terrible, but it was right off the north west edge of the breevort PJ's. Just wondering if you'd encounter alot of crime and general feelings of lack of safty while living there...

Hi -

I'm new to the hunt in this neighborhood, trying to understand if I'm looking at a good block or not. How's Bainbridge in the vicinity of Malcom X blvd? I understand the Breevort projects are relatively close, but how do people feel about that area in terms of livability and crime?

There are nice blocks in bed stuy, but seems like it's hit or miss. In this market, feel that its all relative.

Please let me know what you think - big decision here.
