Does not sound like your doing anything that requires long term consideration. I'll bet you're just waiting for a board meeting to transpire so a vots can be taken to approve your plan. The frequency of the meetings might be the hold up. I am not removing any walls, moving any plumbing or changing the appliance configuration. I submitted my board package nearly 5 weeks ago but still do not have approval to start (I live in a co-op). Two weeks ago the board asked for clarification on a couple of minor points which I responded to that day. Since then silence. I have a contractor waiting and a limited window to work in.
