I was really surprised at how little they needed and how easy I got approved. Related has some great apartments out there. This is due to their computer model. They do not value reliable tenants. At my current rent I should have amenities such as a pool , roof deck and decent free gym. These apartments also have old Formica kitchens and parquet not hardwood floors. Now I know why there are moving trucks every week and so many vacancies . Today another neighbor mentioned. $500 increase.
