I am a young guy looking to purchase something that in a few years will look like a good investment. This area of LIC is right near the bridge and very close to the city. Some of these new buildings are amazing, but this much talked about "Star Tower" looks amazing in this article. I love the glass facade PLUS a roof deck and pool? TONY usually doesn't run fluff pieces so this building has me really excited.
