building at 165 West 91st Street

11 units hit the market today in this conversion. Thoughts? Layouts seem to make good use of the space, and they claim nice finishes. But the views seem limited and the Amsterdam/91st address isn't quite prime.

Galley kitchens are a huge minus.

location, location, location

91st and Amsterdam is hardly the "heart of the upper west side"

realestate19: Geographically, it's very close to the center of Streeteasy's "Upper West Side: 72nd to 110th" neighborhood. So Corcoran's description is literally correct. It's also misleading, but a buyer would have to be quite unfamiliar with the neighborhood to confuse 91st and Amsterdam with 74th and CPW.

terrible school district too
