The 10-story building is located at the corner of Myrtle and Tompkins, close the J and M subway lines. There are a total of 40 apartments, all noted for their top-end finishes, stainless-steel appliances and large windows. The building contains a laundry room, elevator, bike room and shared rooftop.

The Karl Fischer-designed building appears to be popular with renters, considering the number of StreetEasy shoppers who saved some of the apartments as “favorites.”  It’s located in a section of Bed-Stuy that has seen some of New York’s most rampant new development over the past few years.
