Cannavale & Byrne Trade Spaces With Parisse and Sparks

Dining roomThe pair of couples involved in this Boreum Hill real estate transaction star in a lot of movies and TV shows, but next time, they ought to consider “Trading Places.”

According to The Real Deal, actors Bobby Cannavale (“Boardwalk Empire”) and Rose Byrne (“Bridesmaids”) are the buyers for the three-bedroom Boerum Hill townhouse at 453 Warren Street owned by Annie Parisse (“Law & Order”) and Paul Sparks (“Boardwalk Empire”). The list price had been $2.15 million.

The two-family was used by Parisse and Sparks as a single family, and while the 17-foot wide townhouse may feel a little narrow, it is set on a 100-foot deep lot with plenty of garden space in the rear.

The interior boasts 2,000 square feet of living space, including the garden-level floor which could be used as a separate apartment, but let’s face it, probably won’t be needed to generate extra income for the Emmy-award winning Cannavale.
