A new rental development at 1068 Fulton St., on the border of Brooklyn’s Clinton Hill and Bed-Stuy neighborhoods, is offering 13 new apartments via an affordable housing lottery.
The 1-bedroom units will lease for $1,744, while 2-bedrooms will go for $2,099. Eligible applicants must earn 130 percent of the area median income, which ranges from $59,795 for a single person up to $135,590 for a four-person household. See details below:

The building was designed by ND Architecture and Design, and includes a total of 44 apartments measuring an average of 770 square feet. The bottom two floors will contain more than 10,000 square feet of retail space, which is expected to bring some much-needed shopping options to the neighborhood.
