So while Manhattan buyers looking for a low-priced bargain may face slim pickings this season, our monthly roundup of discounted Manhattan apartments could come in handy. While some of these units are priced a bit higher, all have seen substantial recent discounts, from $50,000 all the way up to $255,000. Let’s check ’em out.
Price cut: $255,000
This turn-key co-op hit the market in January for $1.25 million. Less than a month later, it got a 20% price cut, and is now listed for $995,000.
