The new dads need new digs.

Something had to give for star broker Fredrik Eklund, and in this case, it was his primo Tribeca apartment. The Douglas Elliman broker — and one of the original stars of Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing New York” — has listed his Tribeca condo for $6.5 millionCurbed reports.

The image-savvy Eklund announced on Instagram Stories that he is selling the 3-bedroom spread he bought in 2014 for $5.3 million. He’s made no secret of his strong desire to start a family in the past few years, and his Instagram profile clearly states his priorities: “Father, real estate broker, author, winemaker and TV personality.”

Late last year, of course, Eklund and his husband, Derek Kaplan, did finally become dad and dad when twins Milla and Fredrick were born via surrogate on Nov. 28.

Eklund has alluded to needing more space for his family of four — but this real estate broker extraordinaire can’t possibly conduct his book of business from his Greenwich, CT, home, at least not when he has 298 NYC sale listings in his stable. Perhaps the family will move to their other Manhattan home at 1 Seaport until they can find a larger place in NYC.

Meanwhile, the property Eklund just listed is stunning, offering 50 linear feet along the Hudson River. Put on your sunglasses and take a look.
