Biggest drawback: Despite being so close to midtown, this a very residential area with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. (This Murray Hill duplex is within quick walking distance of a Fairway, a Trader Joe’s, and a D’Agostinos!) However, the neighborhood is also home to the Queens Midtown Tunnel and the many hospitals along First Avenue. This brings a lot of traffic to the area, so street noise might be an issue.
