Biggest drawback: A space this huge, with no walls to divide it, can be both a blessing and a curse. This Williamsburg loft is listed as a 1-bedroom, but technically it’s really a studio — there is no actual, separate bedroom. It’s also hard to control the temperature in a big open space like this, and with all those windows, it might be drafty in winter. Finally, it’s way on the eastern edge of the neighborhood.
