Model Irina Shayk Lands Condo at 150 Charles Street

Her “old” condo at 166 Perry Street is still on the market for $3.995 million, but model Irina Shayk is moving on — though not from boyfriend Bradley Cooper. While the rumor mill has been churning about their relationship status, Shayk has proceeded to secure her own next NYC abode at 150 Charles Street, a pretty fabulous 91-unit condo building in the West Village.

The new apartment is just two blocks away from her old apartment and measures 1,987 square feet, which is slightly smaller than her Perry Street duplex. However, the layout, bigger kitchen and dressing room in the master en suite might be a better fit for the Sports Illustrated model and all her wardrobe accouterments.

According to NY Luxe Living, Shayk paid just over $6 million for the unit, which did not appear to have been listed for sale on the open market since 2013. The building was a quick sellout when it hit the market then and developer, Steve Witkoff, worked out a flip plan for original owners to sell their contracts because prices at 150 Charles went through the roof.

The other alluring feature of Shayk’s new home  — which has more flowing and open space than her Perry Street condo — is a 252-square-foot private terrace. Other building amenities include lovely common spaces and a 75-foot wide lap pool.

While Cooper’s apartment hunt in NY appears to be on hold, Shayk will have plenty of other A-list neighbors. Jon Bon Jovi is a 150 Charles Street owner. He bought a $12.99M unit after selling his 158 Mercer Street penthouse for $34 million.
