It's Official: 15 Hudson Yards Condo Sales Start This Week

It’s a tall order not to wax hyperbolic, but the largest private real estate development in the history of the United States is being built, so the chance to get in on the ground floor is, as they say in NYC: YUGE! Just come with a big checkbook.

With Hudson Yards rising along the west side of Manhattan along 11th Avenue between 30th and 34th streets, eager buyers can now relish the first condominium offerings at 15 Hudson Yards. Related Companies has announced that condominium sales at the 88-story tower will begin this week with units starting at $1.95M and going up to $30M. The 900-foot residential tower will offer 285 residences for sale, with additional units slated to be set aside for affordable housing.

According to Curbed, the sizes and prices for 15 Hudson Yards are as follows:

“Today marks an important milestone at Hudson Yards as we officially launch sales of our first residential building, 15 Hudson Yards, and introduce an unprecedented lifestyle offering that redefines what it means to live in New York City,” said Jeff Blau, Chief Executive Office and partner at Related Companies.

15 Hudson Yards will be the first residential development inside the mega development at Hudson Yards. The 28-acre site is vastly transforming the West Side of Manhattan. Once complete, the neighborhood that includes Hudson Yards will feature more than 100 shops and restaurants, including New York City’s first Neiman Marcus and signature restaurants by Chefs Thomas Keller, José Andrés and Costas Spiliadis; 14 acres of public open space; world-class corporate headquarters; a new 750-seat public school; and an Equinox®-branded luxury hotel, flagship Equinox and SoulCycle® location.

Interior designs for residences at 15 Hudson Yards feature five distinct residence types:

  1. The Plaza Residences range from 1- to 3-bedrooms, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the High Line and other nearby sites.
  2. The two-bedroom Loft Residences offer 10-foot, 10-inch ceilings, expansive living spaces and massive master suites.
  3. The Panorama Residences range from 1- to 4-bedrooms with soaring ceilings and some of the most breathtaking views of the Hudson River, from the Statue of Liberty to the World Trade Center and beyond.
  4. The 3- and 4-bedroom Penthouses are remarkably private with only four residences per floor.
  5. The Duplex Upper Penthouses on the 88th floor each occupy one of the tower’s four lobes with more than 5,000 square feet of living space, curving floor-to-ceiling windows yielding 270-degree panoramic river and city views and living rooms with double-height ceilings up to 26 feet.

Buyers can choose from residences with two personalized interior design schemes. The “Tonal Scheme,” with luxurious yet understated details such as kitchen cabinetry in oxidized dove-dyed oak with champagne-colored metal accents, polished Italian Michelangelo marble kitchen countertops and islands, and master bathrooms with floating stone vanities and walls made from polished Estremoz stone; or the “Contrast Scheme,” which showcases striking hues such as oak kitchen cabinetry in a dark, black-ink stain with bronze-colored metal accents, polished Italian Grigio Tambiserra marble kitchen countertops and islands, and master bathrooms with floating stone vanities and walls of polished Blue De Savoie stone.
