Five months after their October wedding, Karlie Kloss and Josh Kushner are moving out their Elizabeth Street apartment.

Update: Supermodel Karlie Kloss and venture capitalist Josh Kushner have sold their apartment at 211 Elizabeth St. for $6.66 million. The apartment was listed in February for $6.995 million. According to property records, the apartment entered contract in March and closed in July 31 at 5.6% below the asking price.

The insanely glamorous couple listed the apartment less than six months after they got hitched. And while their nuptials took place in upstate New York, Kloss and Kushner are cosmopolitans to the core, and fixtures on the downtown scene. Kushner is the founder of Thrive Capital, a SoHo-based private equity and venture capital firm. He is also the brother of Jared Kushner, President Trump’s senior adviser. Kloss has been living downtown since 2012, and is on seemingly every billboard between Times Square and Canal Street.

Just like the couple, the 2-bedroom condo is fashionable to a T. Offering a Paris-meets-Tribeca feel, the loft-like living room features French doors, herringbone floors and a floor-to-ceiling granite fireplace. Their bedroom is light and airy with oversized windows looking out onto Elizabeth Street. The master bath features a free-standing bathtub and marble surfaces. Off the kitchen, there’s a 1,120-square-foot private terrace. With a wood-burning fireplace and ivy-covered pergolas, this outdoor space is truly something else.

Of 211 Elizabeth’s 14 other units, at least two have celebrity connections. In 2010, Billy Joel bought a 2-bedroom condo on the third floor for his daughter, Alexa Ray Joel, for $3.3 million. The same year, actor Gabriel Byrne also bought a 2-bedroom condo on the fifth floor for $3.6 million.

The Kloss-Kushner property was purchased three years later, in October 2013, for $4.5 million, under an LLC. At the time, the couple had been dating for a year and four months. There is no news of where they will head next. If the luxuriousness of their place on Elizabeth Street is any indication, however, it will be far from the typical NYC starter apartment.
