The median asking price for a home in Prospect Lefferts Gardens was $1.2 million this March, according to the StreetEasy Data Dashboard. That puts our Deal of the Week at 40% underneath the median asking price for the neighborhood, which is even better when you consider it’s a two bedroom!
Buyers who put down the 20% minimum down payment of $146,000 can expect to see monthly payments of $4,680. This includes a mortgage payment of $3,823 and a maintenance fee of $1,037.
This unit measures an impressive 900 square feet, so you have plenty of room to create your ideal home setup. Currently, the second bedroom is partitioned by a sliding glass wall in the sizable living room and features two south-facing windows.
