Ridgewood, Queens has boomed in popularity in recent years, thanks in part to its location right on the border of Bushwick, Brooklyn. Accessible via the M and L trains, it’s a great option for those who work in Manhattan or Brooklyn, or enjoy having easy access to other boroughs. Of course, increased popularity has also driven up the neighborhood’s prices. But fear not, as there are still many great finds in Ridgewood for under $1 million — even 2-bedrooms!
