Update, Jan. 29, 2018: Seth Meyers’ 302West 12th Street condo has sold to big-wig NYC real estate investor Michael Fuchs and his wife, Alvina. The New York Post reported that Fuchs, who co-founded RFR Holding and owns the Seagram Building among other iconic NYC properties, paid $4.35 million.

Oct. 30, 2017: Seth Meyers and Alexi Ashe have found a buyer for their Village 2-bedroom, according to reports from Curbed and Olshan Realty. After 40 days on the market, the West 12th Street condo listed for $4.5 million went into contract, though the final sale price is not yet known. Meyers and his family have since moved up to a 5-bedroom co-op in Greenwich Village that they purchased last year.
Original post: One year after buying a 5-bedroom co-op in Greenwich Village, Seth Meyers and wife Alexi Ashe are ready to bid farewell to their West Village apartment. As first reported by Mansion Global, the couple’s 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo at 302 W. 12th St. has hit the market for $4.5 million.
The host of “Late Night with Seth Meyers” and his wife bought the smaller residence in 2013 for $3.5 million, but needed more room to roam last year after welcoming their first child, a son named Ashe. The West Village condo they gave up for more square footage is in a full-service, prewar building across from Abington Square Park. The listing is held by Max J. Kozower of Maxwell Jacobs.
Meanwhile, the Meyers’ new digs in Greenwich Village are pretty enormous by comparison. With more than 3,000 square feet, the duplex had undergone a renovation prior to their August 2016 purchase. Listing notes describe the apartment as a Hamptons-like retreat with beamed ceilings, arched doorways and oak floors. Take a look:
