Why it’s a deal: The median rent for a 1-bedroom in SoHo is $3,500. This unit is priced 34 percent below that.
Biggest drawback: The apartment has a real kitchen, with full-size appliances, which is great. But the tradeoff for that seems to be a lack of living space. The unit might live more like a studio than a true 1-bedroom — but hey, you’d still get to tell everyone that you live in SoHo.
