A wide range of income earners is eligible to apply for a new affordable housing lottery in Queens. Located at 118-35 Farmers Blvd. in the St. Albans neighborhood, the new 67-unit complex is making 58 apartments available via a housing lottery for applicants earning at 40, 50, 60 and 80 percent of the area median income.

That ranges from single earners at $21,600 up to $83,440 for four-person households. Rents will range from $558 to $1,511.

Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than June 25, 2018.

The Presbyterian Church of St. Albans, along with the Trinity Associates development company, built the 67-unit apartment complex, which is called the Saint Albans Cycle of Life Project. It is located on Farmers Blvd between 118th and 119th avenues — a residential section of Queens.
