A new rental development at 867 DeKalb Ave. in Stuyvesant Heights is offering 11 apartments via an affordable housing lottery. The 1- and 2-bedroom apartments will rent for between $2,163 and $2,716 to eligible applicants who earn at 115 percent, 125 percent and 130 percent of the area median income. That means winners of this Stuyvesant Heights lottery will need to earn from $74,160 for a single person up to $124,020 for a four-person household.

To apply online, visit the NYC Housing Connect site. To request an application by mail, send a self-addressed envelope along with a stamp to: 867 DeKalb, c/o Metropolitan Realty Exemptions, 118 Middleton St., Brooklyn, NY 11206.

Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than May 14, 2018.

The building offers parking, a gym, and an elevator. Balconies and views from the roof deck also among the amenities on offer.
