A new Central Harlem housing lottery will make 59 brand-new apartments available to qualified, selected applicants. Located at 2395 Frederick Douglass Blvd., the Frederick is a new, 15-story mixed-use apartment complex with studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom layouts.

The lottery is open to four different area median income levels, including 40% AMI (annual household income of $21,223 to $49,520); 50% AMI (annual household income of $26,949 to $61,900); 60% AMI (annual household income of $32,675 to $74,280) and 110% AMI ($55,303 to $136,180). The Frederick will be located above a supermarket and sits only three blocks north of the 125th Street shopping district. Building amenities include a community room, outdoor recreation area, computer room, laundry room, after-school study and bicycle storage.
